Set the Hook products are available for delivery Monday to Friday if the order is placed before 1 pm EST. All products are shipped within 1-2 business days of your order being placed, using Canada Post. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Delivery date is dependent upon the shipping option you choose during the checkout process.

• Review the delivery address and delivery date before submitting your order.
• Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery.
• The shipping charge for each order is dependent on each individual order destination. The shipping charge will be detailed in the shopping cart.
• If an undeliverable item is returned to the shipping facility, you will be charged for all original shipping fees, any shipping costs incurred to return the product, and a 20% restocking fee.

All prices on the website are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices listed do not include the cost of shipping and or applicable taxes (GST/PST/HST).

Set the Hook aims to provide a high level of quality products. We guarantee our service to customers and recipients by providing a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you, are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will replace or refund your purchase.

RETURN POLICY

At Set the Hook, your satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know within 30 days and we will provide you with a full refund. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable.

All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material. Once received, Set the Hook will provide you with a full refund. In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount.

On purchases made with a credit card, the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. The credit will be made within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.

CONTENT

It is a top priority for Set the Hook to ensure that all content on its website is accurate. However, at times product updates and price changes are required. We reserve the right to make changes without notice.

FIXING ERRORS OR MISPRINTS

We strive to prevent errors on our website. However, when we discover an error, we will fix it without notice. Set the Hook reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Set the Hook will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of your order must be received prior to shipping by Set the Hook. This will result in a full refund less a $10.00 administration fee.
